Hand trimmed & perfectly seasoned with a balanced blend of salt & pepper. Product is fully cooked, sous-vide style, to a perfect medium rare. To prepare: Thaw overnight in packaging in the refrigerator if frozen. Remove product from packaging keeping the juices and wrap roast tightly in foil. Place foil wrapped roast on a raised edge baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 38 minutes. Remove from oven and rest in foil for 10 minutes on baking sheet. Slice and serve.
